The company was struggling with its field workflow, which was error-prone because it relied on paper trails. The client was also becoming increasingly concerned with compliance, data security, and reliability related to field data and the associated approval workflow. All these issues and the limited data intelligence made it challenging to get the analytics to refine, repair, and maintain jobs. We were tasked with -
- Developing a solution that wouldn't let growth and change outpace the technology infrastructure.
- Transitioning communication primarily done via paper, spreadsheets, and email and making them easy to track.
- Providing real-time information that would help in critical decision making at job sites.
- Providing a solution that would assist in quickly locate data and documentation about compliance, safety, inventory, sales opportunities, etc.
